Beer and Food Tasting Event

We welcome you to join us for our 2nd Beer and Food Pairing at Boal City Brewing on Thursday, February 13th at 6 PM. This year we’re partnering with the extremely talented Rebecca Larson from Super Duper Café in Millheim, PA. This 5-course tasting menu will showcase dishes prepared with chili peppers, chocolate or both as its stars. Each dish will be paired with one of our select craft beers, produced and curated by head brewer Mike Smith.  During the event, Mike and Rebecca will discuss each pairing and answer any questions about the preparation and/or complexities of the beer. We invite you to bring your family or friends and elevate your taste buds during this unique dining experience. It’s going to be a lot of fun! Groups of 2-8 are welcome.
